Google Image Labeler

Google Image Labeler

Luis von Ahn is a computer scientist who has been creating online games that have purpose. In the case of "Google Image Labeler", it is to improve the relevance of search results. Although the objective sounds like a lot of work, the task has been turned into a fairly addictive game by von Ahn. "You'll be randomly paired with a partner who's online and using the feature. Over a two-minute period, you and your partner will: * View the same set of images. * Provide as many labels as possible to describe each image you see. * Receive points when your label matches your partner's label. The number of points will depend on how specific your label is. * See more images until time runs out." Try it out if you want to play a fun game that is not a waste of time.
